RAM Needs Your Feedback!

Did you see the survey that came home with the AGM information?  RAM is looking for your feedback to help us plan activities and events that benefit all Montessori children.

To those that have already returned the survey, thank you.  Although we had hoped to receive the feedback by June 12th, if you have not yet returned the survey, it’s not too late!  Please complete and return the surveys to your school as soon as possible.  The more feedback we get, the better we will be able to plan.

If you need another copy of the survey, it can be accessed here:

Invitation to the Annual General Meeting

All Montessori parents are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) this Thursday from 7 – 8 pm at Garden City Elementary School.  Please join us to support our children’s education.

We need you!  We know that there are a number of Executive positions that will be vacant for next year, including a Treasurer, Vice-Chairperson and other positions.  Without a full Executive, RAM can not function.

As parents we are all busy, but we all want the best for our children.  Without your help, our children’s Montessori program will suffer.

Notices have been sent home with all the children.  In case you missed it, you can access the notice, agenda, nomination form and explanation of the positions here:

Montessori Madness Video

In the book “Montessori Madness”, author Trevor Eissler – a Montessori parent – explains the benefits of a Montessori education from a parent’s perspective.  The book has been described as an accessible introduction to Montessori.

Trevor created a video that quickly describes Montessori schooling:

Although we have a very limited number of copies, RAM was able to partner with Trevor to provide special pricing on copies of the book.  If you are interested in purchasing a copy of the book for $13 (a savings to you of 50% and no shipping cost), contact us and we can make arrangements while supplies last.
